Attracting investment in a project to organize the industrial extraction of labradorite natural stone Volga Blue PC.
The Slipchytske-1 Labradorite Deposit is an operating granite quarry, the production and sale of which has been frozen due to a change of ownership.
In 2021, Limited Group LLC obtained a special permit for the use of subsoil of this deposit, located in the village of Slipchytsi, Cherniakhiv district, Zhytomyr region, namely, permits for the development and further extraction of natural resources.
The location of the quarry is advantageous from a logistical point of view due to its proximity to key highways. The Golovynske open pit, located near the Slipchytske-1 deposit, is directly accessible by a railway line from Gorbashi station and has an asphalt road connecting it to the district center of Cherniakhiv, the cities of Radomyshl and Malyn, and the regional center of Zhytomyr.
The main activities of our company are the industrial extraction of natural labradorite stone and the sale of extracted blocks of stone.
Today we are looking for investors to raise funds for the development of the quarry and the organization of stone extraction.
The stone that can be extracted from our deposit is VOLGA BLUE PC labradorite. An elite stone that has increased strength, unusual, bright colors and a special polished gloss. It is an incredibly successful combination of durability, functionality and beauty.
Our stone has long been popular in interior decoration and has been successfully exported to Europe, Asia and the Arab regions. Our products have become a recognized symbol of sophistication and quality in these countries, and we are proud to contribute to elegant and stylish interiors around the world.
LIMITED GROUP LLC is looking for opportunities to attract investment resources that will allow us to develop and implement our current and future projects. We offer participation in an investment project with the subsequent right to receive a share of the profits from it.
